Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary due to flower availability or seasonality. Our skilled florists will carefully select replacements that preserve the bouquet’s overall aesthetic, ensuring they align with the original colour palette, value, and variety of flowers. If supply difficulties arise or the flowers from our growers do not meet our high-quality standards, we reserve the right to replace items with fresh, high-quality alternatives of equal or greater value that maintain a similar style. When substitutions are required, we will do our best to contact you. If we are unable to reach you before completing your order, we will proceed under the assumption that you approve the substitution. Each bouquet we create is unique and can be tailored to your preferences in composition and colour scheme. 

While we do not replicate bouquets exactly, we are happy to provide a photo of your arrangement for approval before delivery. If you have any questions or would like to make adjustments to your order, please get in touch.

TAKING CARE OF YOUR FLOWERS. 

In fact, very few people know what to do with a bouquet after receiving it. Follow these tips and let your flowers stay fresh for longer!

Bouquet Care:

  • Remove all packaging, but keep the ribbon holding the flowers together.
  • Trim 1-2 cm off each stem at a 45° angle before placing them in a vase.
  • Add 1 litre of fresh, cool water to the vase and mix in the flower food.
  • Keep the vase in a cool spot, away from direct sunlight and heat sources.

Basket Arrangement Care:

  • Gently pour about a glass of water directly onto the floral foam to keep it moist. Repeat daily.
  • Place in a cool area, away from drafts and direct sunlight.
  • Remove any fading blooms to keep the arrangement looking fresh.
